The Forge Gastropub, a leading destination for dining and nightlife in Bali, is currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as Floor Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or F&B industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent guest service and team management abilities
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing and ready to work night shifts
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Well-groomed, organized, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, motivate, and support the service team to deliver high-quality guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for efficient operations
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to company standards
