Job Description
- Ensure smooth café operations, ingredient prep, and cleanliness.
- Recruit, train, and manage servers, and cashiers.
- Deliver excellent service, handle complaints, and build customer relationships.
- Oversee stock levels for essential items without overstocking.
- Implement strategies to meet sales targets.
- Manage the budget and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare reports and relay key issues to management.
Qualification
- D3/S1 in Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer service.
- Proactive, able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- 3-5 years in F&B, with 2+ years in a managerial role, especially in specialty coffee.
- Strong leadership skills within operational management, inventory control, and multitasking to inspire and develop a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
