Placement: Y Sport Bar Padang - Padang, Labuan Sait St. No. 250, Pecatu, South Kuta, Badung Regency
Requirements:
- Domiciled in Bali (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospitality and F&B industry as Floor Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage and motivate a team to achieve service excellence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency is required (spoken & written)
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude
