SATOSHI, a fine dining Itameshi restaurant offering an exquisite fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine, is seeking a professional Floor Supervisor to join our dining team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a polished semi fine dining experience built on warm hospitality, professionalism, smooth service and strong team leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintaining a high level restaurant service standards
- Daily staff briefing and supervising
- Train floor staff to achieve restaurant standards.
- Knowledge of restaurant concept; menus, dishes, ingredients, drinks, wine lists
- Engaging customer satisfaction during their visit in the restaurant
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, feedbacks
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Already domicile in Bali is a MUST
- Advanced english skill
- Senior Waiter/tress experience for at least 2 years
- Luxury setting restaurant experience and knowledge of hospitality and high-service standards
- Familiar with wine service and wine knowledge
- POS and Reservation System knowledge
- Strong customer service skills and problem solving ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
