Jungle Padel Seseh is a padel venue in Seseh, Bali, committed to delivering a welcoming and well-run experience for every player, member, and guest. We are currently looking for an experienced and service-driven Floor Supervisor to lead our floor team in restaurant.
Position Overview
As Floor Supervisor, you will lead our front-of-house service team, ensuring smooth table service, high guest satisfaction, and consistent service standards across dine-in and venue guest traffic. You will work closely with the Venue Manager, Bar Supervisor, Cashier, and Padel team to keep the guest flow seamless from court to café.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations, including seating, order taking, and table service for dine-in and takeaway guests
- Welcoming and serving guests in person, as well as managing situations during busy periods, to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere is consistently maintained.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally and promptly
- Schedule, train, and coach the Captain and Server team on service standards, upselling techniques, and grooming standards
- Coordinate floor staffing and table planning around venue schedules, events, tournaments, and member bookings
- Work with the all department to ensure smooth order flow and accurate billing
- Monitor table turnaround time during peak hours without compromising guest experience
- Ensure floor SOPs, checklists, and grooming standards are completed and followed every shift
- Prepare rosters and submit timesheets on time
- Report floor performance, guest feedback trends, and staffing needs to the Venue Manager regularly
- Comply with venue SOPs and applicable food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Attend team briefings, meetings, and training sessions
- Support other reasonable operational tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior role in F&B, restaurant, café, hotel, or beach club
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent guest service and complaint-handling skills
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and upselling techniques
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Able to stay calm, organized, and decisive in a busy environment
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications
- Disciplined, punctual, and committed
- Professional appearance and a positive, hospitable attitude
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
