Job Description :
- Manage & oversee services and products offered in an outlet's operations.
- Oversees stock level for products and supplier.
- Handling customers enquiries and complaints.
- Daily ordering & maintain estimate consumtion, forecast requirement & maintain inventory.
- Organized & supervise shift.
- Training & evaluate staff.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Management or equivalent from reputable university
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related position (As Supervisor)
- Good management, leadership and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Have good managerial and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast moving environment company
- Well Groomed
