Mangrove Data Group (MDG) is a growing company focused on high quality data processing and operational support for international clients. This position is recruited through Mangrove Data Group (MDG). The selected candidate will be assigned to work under The Richmond House (TRH) as part of our group operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail oriented person to join our team as a Floor Plan Editor. In this role, you will look at 3D property scans and turn them into clean, accurate digital floor plans using our editing software. Never done this before? No problem! We provide full, hands on training from day one. If you have a good eye for detail and enjoy puzzle like spatial tasks, you will do great here.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Property Scans: Look at 3D property scans to understand room layouts and structures.
- Build & Trace: Draw walls, set measurements , and map out spaces (including attics).
- Add Details: Place doors, windows, room surfaces, and room labels.
- Double Check Work: Verify measurements and ensure everything aligns correctly before finishing.
Requirements
- Attention to Detail: Great accuracy, naturally notices small mistakes, and enjoys checking visual details.
- Spatial & Logical Reasoning: Good ability to visualize how rooms, measurements, and structures fit together.
- Tech & Communication: Comfortable using computers, learning new software, and communicating in English (written and spoken).
- Background & Experience: Fresh graduates and career changers are welcome! Backgrounds in Math, Engineering, Architecture, or CAD experience are a plus, they are not required.
- Availability: Based in Bali and able to join immediately to work full time on site.
Working Conditions
- Fulltime, office based position.
- Location: Dalung, Bali.
- Monday–Friday, Two available shifts:
- Shift 1: 09:00–18:00 WITA
- Shift 2: 13:00–22:00 WITA
- Company provided computer.
- Full training will be provided.
- The first 3 months will be an On the Job Training (OJT) period.
- OJT compensation: IDR 3,800,000/month based on hours worked.
- Continued employment and compensation will be determined based on performance and evaluation.
