Floor Manager

The Restaurant Manager, also known as Floor Manager, is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff performance, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring smooth service during peak hours. The ideal candidate will also be involved in inventory management, customer relations, and implementing strategies to enhance overall guest experience. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education and between 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a Western-style establishment. Proficiency in teamwork, restaurant management, and a solid understanding of Western dining practices are essential.
