What You'll Do
- Lead all Front of House operations.
- Create team schedules and manage daily manpower.
- Train, coach, and develop a SUPER performing team.
- Lead by example, be hands on and work alongside your team every shift.
- Build unforgettable guest experiences.
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and SOP standards are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Kitchen & Bar teams.
What We're Looking For
- Currently living in Bali (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years as a Floor Manager OR 3 years as a Floor Supervisor.
- Naturally extroverted, energetic, and confident with guests.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Professional, well mannered, and solution oriented.
- Fluent spoken English.
- Ready to work in a high performance environment.
Working Shifts
- Morning: 10:00-17:00 WITA
- Evening: 17:00-00:00 WITA
- Night: 00:00-05:30 WITA (*If full week night shift, 2 Days Off/Week)
