As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the heart of Bali, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence that define our establishment, and we are excited to welcome someone who shares our vision and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the venue, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and leading the front-of-house team. Key responsibilities include managing staff performance, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, maintaining inventory levels, handling customer relations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will also be involved in planning and executing events, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere at all times.

We are looking for candidates who hold an Associate Degree and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Experience in restaurant management, knowledge of hospitality trends, and the ability to work well under pressure are highly valued.
