RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate floor staff during daily operations.
Prepare and manage staff shift schedules to ensure adequate manpower.
Ensure excellent guest service and smooth customer experiences.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Understand cashier operations, POS systems, and daily cash handling procedures.
Monitor order accuracy and service efficiency.
Coordinate with the bar team to ensure smooth operations.
Support staff training and maintain service standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Floor Captain, Senior Waiter, or similar role in F&B.
Good command of English and confident in communicating with guests.
Familiar with POS systems, cashier operations, and payment transactions.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure, flexible with shifts, and customer-oriented.
