We are looking for a Floor Captain with strong leadership skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and solid experience in restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure smooth restaurant service.
- Lead, guide, and support the service team to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor table service, staff performance, and overall dining area readiness.
- Operate and oversee POS system accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Assist the restaurant management team in achieving operational targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Floor Captain.
- Proficient in operating restaurant POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
