Floor & Retail Supervisor

We are looking for a mature and reliable Floor & Guest Experience Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house operations.

This role will work alongside our current Floor Manager / Head Barista. The main focus will be supervising the floor, improving guest experience, supporting and managing the retail area, and helping the team handle daily operational issues professionally.

The ideal candidate is confident with guests, calm under pressure, organized, and able to take initiative.

Main Responsibilities :

Supervise daily floor operations during assigned shifts.

Support the front-of-house team to maintain good service standards.

Assist guests with retail products, clothing, sizing, and product information.

Help keep the retail area clean, organized, and attractive.

Handle guest complaints in a calm and professional way.

Coordinate with the barista team, kitchen team, and purchasing when needed.

Support with small maintenance or operational issues and report them clearly.

Help train and guide junior staff on service standards.

Make sure opening, closing, and daily checklists are followed.

Communicate important issues clearly to management.

Requirements :

Male, Minimum 26-years old

Own a laptop ( Excel Skills )

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, café, hotel, or retail

Minimum 2 years experience in a guest-facing role

Some experience as supervisor, senior staff, captain, shift leader, or trainer

Good communication skills with guests and team members

Able to handle complaints calmly and professionally

Confident speaking with customers and giving recommendations

Very good English

Organized and able to follow checklists/SOPs

Able to coordinate with kitchen, barista team, purchasing, and management

Honest, responsible, punctual, and proactive

Available for shift work, weekends, and public holidays
