Fleet & Dispatch Coordinator
Location: Yogyakarta
YKExplore is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet & Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily vehicle allocation and driver scheduling for our tour operations across Java and Bali. This role is critical in ensuring every tour departs on time with the right vehicle and the right driver.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and assign vehicles based on daily operational needs.
* Schedule and dispatch drivers according to routes, working hours, and qualifications.
* Coordinate vehicle rotation to maximize fleet utilization.
* Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, permits, and documentation.
* Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding tour schedules and last-minute changes.
* Handle emergency reallocations due to breakdowns, traffic, or driver unavailability.
* Monitor driver attendance and operational readiness.
* Maintain accurate fleet and dispatch records.
* Work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure vehicles remain roadworthy and safe.
* Ensure all transportation operations comply with company SOPs and safety standards.
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, dispatch, transportation, logistics, or travel operations.
* Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
* Able to make quick decisions under pressure.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
* Comfortable working with scheduling systems and operational dashboards.
* Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
* Experience in the tourism or transportation industry is an advantage.
