Qualifications
· Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
· 2+ years’ experience in process engineering (flange, fitting, forging, machining industry) – fresh graduates with strong skills welcome.
· Knowledge of flange & fitting standards (ASME B16.5, B16.9, B16.47, MSS-SP).
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes: forging, CNC/manual machining, welding, NDT, coating.
· Skilled in CAD/CAM (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
· Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English & Bahasa).
· Advantage: familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and optimize manufacturing processes (forging, machining, welding, coating, etc.).
· Design tooling, jigs, and fixtures to boost efficiency.
· Prepare process flows, work instructions, and SOPs.
· Analyze production data to improve cost, quality, and efficiency.
· Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
· Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production for new product introduction.
· Ensure compliance with industry and customer standards (ASME, ASTM, API, EN).
· Conduct risk assessments, FMEA, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
· Research and apply new technologies to enhance productivity.
