- Male/Female.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent. (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Proficiency in computer especially Autocad, Office, Corel Draw, 3D modeling/rendering, & Adobe.
- Understanding of technical drawing, interior, building and ability to do cost estimation (Bill of Quantity).
- Able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
- Have a good communication skills to coordinate with relevant departments regarding tenant administration requirements that must be met before and after the unit operates.
- Understand the duties and responsibilities in the field of fit out tenant space or unit space.
- Excellent in problem solving & handling complaints
- Willing to be placed Semarang (Jawa Tengah).
