- Female, 15-25 years old
- Creative
- Passionate to learn new things and improve self quality
- Have the same vision and values as Girl Boss Indonesia, and are willing to fight together to make it happen
- Ready to commit to following every process and program from start to finish (until October 2024)
- Responsible
- Able to manage time well
- Able to work in a team in a professional environment and manner
- Willing to spend at least 2 hours per day for Girl Boss Indonesia.
- Flexible and agile
- Seeking sponsors and donors for community funding purposes
- Making proposals and offers and presenting it to potential sponsors
- Looking for offers to sponsors and coordinating with other divisions
- Ensuring the fulfillment of all contractual achievements with the sponsor and making the report
- Provide project-based quality training based on future industry needs
- Creating a network that synergizes, harmonizes, and collaborates
- Increase understanding of social values, sustainability, and ethics
- Conduct community service programs
- Organizing youth activities
- Look for opportunities and connect them to member skills
