Project Objective:
To support financial planning, reporting, business analysis, and management reporting activities while ensuring continuity of finance operations during a temporary transition period.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
- Prepare and maintain management reports and performance dashboards.
- Perform financial and operational data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Consolidate data from various business units and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Assist in preparing presentations, analyses, and materials required by management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support reporting and planning requirements.
- Support ad-hoc finance projects and business initiatives as assigned.
Expected Deliverables
- Timely and accurate management reporting.
- Reliable budget and forecast consolidation.
- Actionable financial and business performance analysis.
- Well-maintained reporting databases, templates, and analytical models.
- Effective support for finance projects and management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Good Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros/VBA).
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
