Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data and numbers.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, pricing strategy, and business performance metrics.
- Familiar with ROI, profit margin, CAC, ROAS, markdown analysis, and operational efficiency analysis.
- Understand e-commerce business model, promotional strategy, and retail sales performance.
- Experience in beauty, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and business-minded.
Responsibilites:
• Analyze company spending across all divisions including Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Procurement, and Product Development.
• Monitor budget utilization and evaluate cost effectiveness.
• Identify inefficient spending and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Analyze marketing and sales programs based on performance, profitability, and business impact.
• Evaluate promotional programs, discounts, bundling, cashback, and campaign strategies across e-commerce and offline channels.
• Analyze whether discount and promotional activities generate healthy profitability, sustainable sales growth, or negatively impact margins.
• Monitor margin, profitability, and ROI from campaign and promotional activities.
• Create regular business performance and cost analysis reports for management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Turn financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business efficiency and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems for easier performance tracking.
• Support management in strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
