Job description
- Organized and consolidate budget estimate from various departments and manage the budget to achieve target EAT and EBI TDA.
- Manage rolling forecast (quarterly) based on actual achievement.
- Review and analyze budget vs actual, include coordinate with relevant department in finding the root cause to overcome the issues.
- Analyze profitability on CAPEX.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of Accounting or Financial Control experience, ideally in Retail, Fashion, or FMCG environments.
- Strong internal control mindset with high attention to inventory accuracy and cash flow monitoring.
- Analytical ability to investigate budget variances, stock shrinkage, and margin fluctuations.
- Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with store operations, warehouse, and management teams.
- High attention to detail with sharp analytical skills for budget vs. actual variance analysis (mall rental OPEX, store fit-outs, and utilities).
