Toya Devasya Geopark Resort & Villas is a luxurious and serene retreat located in Denpasar Timur, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Known as BALI BEST HEALING, the resort offers guests an immersive experience surrounded by the natural beauty of the Mt. Batur Caldera. As we continue to expand our operations and enhance the guest experience, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Control Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our resort, making it an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for hospitality and finance.

The Financial Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the resort, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This position requires the individual to manage cost control strategies, ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, and maintain compliance with accounting standards. The manager will also lead internal audit processes, conduct financial analysis, and collaborate with department heads to support strategic decision-making. Strong leadership skills are necessary to guide the finance team and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and have between 5 and 10 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in SAP, financial analysis, budget management, and internal audit is required, along with strong teamwork and communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of financial management and the ability to produce accurate financial reports.
