Job Description:

1. Menginisiasi ide dan konsep konten kreatif (video & tulisan).

2. Membuat script, hook, caption, dan storytelling yang engaging.

3. Mengeksekusi konten hingga publish.

4. Memahami strategi konten viral dan cara memaksimalkan performa.

5. Mengikuti tren dan mengadaptasikannya sesuai karakter brand.

6. Berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk menghasilkan konten berkualitas.

Requirements

1. Berpengalaman membuat konten dengan performa tinggi (viral/high engagement).

2. Memiliki storytelling yang kuat dan kreatif.

3. Paham strategi dan pola konten yang berpotensi viral.

4. Inisiatif tinggi dan eksekutor yang cepat.

5. Nilai plus: bisa edit video (CapCut) & desain sederhana (Canva).

6. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman atau terbiasa membuat konten/tulisan tentang finansial, ekonomi, saham dll.
