Summary of Position
As a Finance Business Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of finance, data, and technology. This role goes beyond traditional financial planning—you will leverage AI, advanced analytics, and modern data tools to build intelligent financial models, generate predictive insights, and support high-impact strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage dynamic financial models & forecasts
• Run scenario, risk, and sensitivity analysis
• Leverage AI & data tools to improve insights and automate reporting
• Translate data into clear business recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, product, tech) to align financial insights with business strategies.
• Continuously explore and integrate emerging tools (AI, BI, automation platforms) to strengthen financial planning and analysis capabilities.
• Provide strategic advisory on cost optimization, pricing strategies, and capital allocation to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, financial statements, and business analysis (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to AI / automation tools is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
