What You Will Do
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking and referrals
- Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Grow and develop your own team of advisers over time
- Meet performance milestones and participate in Great Eastern's recognition programmes
Who We Are Looking For
- Singapore Citizens, PRs
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or Degree (any discipline)
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- No prior experience needed — we will train you from the ground up
- Existing CMFAS certification is an advantage (not required)
