Scope of responsibilities: Responsible for handling daily cash transactions, bank receipts and payments, and basic accounting operations on behalf of the representative office.
Main Responsibilities: Daily reimbursement, payment, and receipt processing; bank reconciliation and cash counting; assisting in preparing basic financial statements; collaborating with Chinese financial staff on fund allocation. Requirements: English as working language; over one year of experience in cashiering or finance-related roles; proficient in Excel and familiar with banking procedures; strong sense of responsibility and data sensitivity.
China Pingmei Shenma Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Group") is a state-owned super-large energy and chemical enterprise, boasting three core industries: coal and coke, nylon chemicals, and new energy and materials. The primary functions of the Representative Office are: 1. Business Development and Coordination: Responsible for the Group's coal trade, new energy project development, and market information collection in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, while assisting headquarters in establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with local Indonesian enterprises.
2. Project Implementation: Focus on facilitating the coordination and execution of collaborative projects in Indonesia across new energy sectors such as energy storage and photovoltaics, as well as in the coal chemical industry.
3. Comprehensive Support and Coordination: Responsible for hosting the Group's overseas delegations, providing translation services for business negotiations, and managing localized operational affairs to ensure effective implementation of the headquarters' strategy in Indonesia.
