Finance & Accounting Officer
Location: Pererenan, Bali

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Officer to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day financial administration of our business.
You will work closely with management and the operations team to ensure our financial records are accurate, up to date, and well organized. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, trustworthy, comfortable working independently, and able to provide clear financial information to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Record and reconcile daily sales, expenses, payments, and receipts
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and financial summaries
- Reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions
- Monitor and report on business cash flow
- Track and organize invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents
- Monitor F&B-related costs, including food and beverage purchases and inventory-related expenses
- Work with the operations team to ensure sales and expenses are properly recorded
- Prepare financial data and reports for management review
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when necessary
- Coordinate with external accountants/tax consultants regarding tax filings and compliance
- Ensure financial records are maintained accurately and securely
- Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, or potential financial issues and report them to management
Requirements
-2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or similar businesses is preferred
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience using accounting or POS systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- Comfortable working with large amounts of financial data
