HG is recruiting for L/C (Letter of Credit) handling personnel. The following requirements must be met:
Professional Knowledge & Skills
1. Educational Background: Major in International Trade, Business English, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
2. International Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with Incoterms, import/export procedures, and international settlement methods.
3. L/C Expertise: Proficient in L/C issuance, review, amendment, and document presentation; capable of accurately examining documents and identifying discrepancies.
4. Document Preparation: Skilled in preparing and checking various trade documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, insurance certificates, and drafts, ensuring consistency between all documents and alignment with L/C terms.
5. English Proficiency: Strong English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand L/C clauses and international business correspondence.
6. Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems or trade management platforms is a plus.
