PT. Kalinda Sukses Abadi is a system integrator for electrical systems looking for finance and accounting to be placed at head quarter, Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
I. Purpose of the jobRensponsible for all financial aspects of a business organization such as budget, financial report and ensure all financial transaction are conducted legally and ethically
II. Job responsibility:
- Manages invoicing procedures to collect money owed by clients/customers
- Plan, directs and control accounting and financial operation
- Prepare report Managing budget which is include forecast future income and expense, creating budget and balance sheets and ensuring that spending is with budget limit
- Preparing financial report an overview of the company financial status and performace
- Oversee all financial transactions including issuing payment, collecting debts, and investing money
- Mediating tax refounds and ensuring transparance on the allocation for valid claim
- Manage accounting software
- Manage taxation, including PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH Final, and the preparation and submission of annual and monthly tax returns (SPT). Ensure compliance with tax regulations and applicable accounting standards.
III. Essential Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting / finance experience.
- Experience at similar company more advantage
IV. Skill:
Intermediate advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and presentation skil
Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is a must
V. Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiar with tax calculations, VAT, PPh21, PPh23, PPh4(2) and mass eSPT and annual eSPT.
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
- Possession of Brevet A and B certificate more advantage
