We are looking for Finance & Accounting background with experienced in Finance Data Analysis, accustomed in using ETL/SQL, PowerBI, experienced in ERP implementation and having strong Financial Dashboard.
Mandatory Requirements (must have):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analysis or finance systems management (managerial or strategic level), in the fintech or financial services industry (fintech or similar)
Proven ability towork across finance and data functions to produce actionable insights.
Has Technical & Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, Hands-on experiencewith ERP systems, accounting software, or financial automation tools. Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard, tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau,orsimilar).
Has Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
Effective communicator who can translate data into business implications.
High attention to detail and process accuracy.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and develop dashboards or reports to support management decision-making.
- Perform SQL queries and data processing to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to support ERP and accounting system implementation, enhancements,and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate data workflows, ensuring integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
- Transform analytical findings into actionable financial insights for Finance–Corporate and the Head of Division.
- Present key insights and reports to top management to guide strategic financial planning and operational decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data integration.
