- Job Description:
- Maintain and record daily transactions, including preparing and organizing supporting documents. Ensure payment documents are complete and properly maintained.
- Handle monthly utility payments and other routine operational payments.
- Assist with invoice and reimbursement administration, including checking supporting documents and maintaining records.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, including pantry supplies, stationery, and other office necessities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance and administrative records.
- Provide general finance and administrative support for day-to-day office operations.
- Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Detail - oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Willing to work on-site (Work From Office/WFO)
