- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.

- Strong leadership and management skills to lead a finance team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various levels of management.
*Certifications:*
- Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Financial Manager (CFM) are preferred.
