PT Generale Facility Solution (GFS) is looking for a Senior/Supervisor Finance to join our Head Office team in Jakarta.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and oversee daily finance and accounting activities at the Head Office.
- Monitor Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice verification, billing, and payment follow-up.
- Review and monitor cash flow, bank transactions, petty cash, and company expenses.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and client billing.
- Review financial documents, invoices, receipts, Purchase Orders (PO), and supporting documents.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor project and operational expenses and ensure proper documentation and recording.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, clients, and project teams regarding financial matters.
- Assist in monthly closing, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
- Ensure finance processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Finance/Admin staff.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and other finance-related matters.
- Perform other duties related to finance and accounting as assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably with experience in a supervisory or senior position.
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, cash flow, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Experience in supervising or coordinating a finance team is preferred.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and financial data processing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
- Experience in outsourcing, facility management, project-based, or service companies is an advantage.
- Willing to be based at Head Office, Jakarta Utara.
