Job Description :
- Verify transactions, incoming funds, and payment additions (Plutus) from all accounts.
- Check and process daily redemptions, professional seller earnings, and all transaction refunds.
- Check and submit requests for credit card limit refunds for buyer transactions to the Acquiring Bank.
- Monitor and review the debit calculation of credit card refunds that have been submitted to the bank.
- Collect, check, create, execute, and separate daily expense invoices.
- Check account balance positions and report them to the supervisor periodically.
- Perform and review "mark as redeemed" and summarize daily cash-outs that have been transferred.
- Update SG seller data, inventory purchases, intercompany transactions (supplies & admin), and other summaries.
- Reconcile sales data with bank account statements to finalize bi-weekly and monthly revenue, and report to the supervisor.
- Prepare periodic tax summaries (Income Tax & VAT).
- Prepare monthly bank book reports (7 accounts) each month.
- Compile periodic petty cash expense summaries for Panarukan and Sumenep.
- Prepare a summary of driver fuel expenses for operational purposes.
- Double-check the calculation of salaries, overtime, and employee reimbursements.
- Monitor the balance sufficiency for Google Ads and Qiscus, and perform periodic top-ups.
- Create and manage electricity billing for tenants in Sumenep, and follow up on invoice completeness for influencer transactions, etc.
Qualifications :
- Female (Maximum 30 years old)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a Reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3.25
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Finance
- Familiar with basic accounting principles and financial report structures
- Possessing Brevet A and B certificates will be an advantage
- Skillful in Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel) and Accounting Systems
- Punctual, dedicated, and highly responsible
- Able to work independently or in a team, and perform well under pressure
