Job Description:

PT. Anugrah Duta Food is seeking a highly organized and experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee the financial operations of the company. The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Supervise daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditures to ensure the company’s financial health.

Accounting & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company accounting policies.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and other documentation in accordance with company requirements.
  • Review and analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

Team Supervision & Development:

  • Supervise a team of junior finance staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure team members adhere to accounting best practices and company policies.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and compliant.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation to support audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial reporting requirements, and industry standards.

Cost Control & Budgeting:

  • Monitor and control company expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and budget reports, highlighting areas for cost savings or potential risks.
  • Identify and recommend cost-cutting measures while maintaining operational efficiency.

Financial Analysis & Decision Support:

  • Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for increasing profitability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with other departments to understand financial needs and provide financial insights to support business operations.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline financial operations and reporting processes.
  • Ensure the use of appropriate financial software and tools to improve financial data management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel) and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
