Qualifications / Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Honest, responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Available to join by the end of July or as soon as possible (ASAP).
Job Description :
- Supervise and manage daily finance and accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and review financial reports, accounting records, and supporting documents.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding financial and accounting matters.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist management by providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Lead and guide the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
