-Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Manage daily cash inflows and outflows.
- Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Monitor and maintain the company's cash flow.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial projections.
- Manage petty cash and perform regular reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented.
- Coordinate banking activities, including transfers and account reconciliations.
Accounting
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare journal entries and post them to the general ledger.
- Perform bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
- Tax (If Applicable)
- Prepare and submit tax reports in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
- Maintain tax documentation, including VAT and withholding tax records.
- Coordinate with tax consultants or authorities when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 -4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (Fresh graduates may apply if applicable).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, and other financial formulas.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Odoo, Jurnal, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
