Finance Supervisor

As we continue to grow and expand our services in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat, we are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the financial health of our operations and supporting our mission to provide exceptional healthcare experiences. We are looking for someone who is passionate about finance and committed to excellence in every aspect of their work.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control. They will manage day-to-day accounting activities, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The role also involves conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and maintaining accurate records of income and expenses. Additionally, the Finance Manager will collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring that financial goals align with the clinic’s overall objectives.

We are seeking a female candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates should have between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or service industry. Strong skills in Cost Control, Microsoft Excel, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Financial Management are required.
