As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Supervisor to join our team in Krembangan, Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations and supporting the strategic goals of the company. We are looking for a professional who can contribute to our continued success through strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Taxation
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role; preferably in freightforwarding, logistics, or expediting industry
- Proficient in Indonesian taxation (PPh 23)
- Holds Tax Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C is a plus)
- Experienced with e-Filing, e-Faktur, and DJP Online system
- Understanding of customs documents: PIB, PEB, invoice, packing list
- Experienced in bank reconciliation, accounts receivable & payable
- Able to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Understanding of freight costs (sea/air), client billing, andoverseas agent/vendor payments
