Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Supervisor The Body Project
We are looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive Finance & Tax Officer to manage and oversee financial and tax responsibilities across all 7 of our Pilates studio locations. You will play a critical role in ensuring our financial systems run smoothly and remain compliant with Indonesian tax regulations, while supporting the financial health of The Body Project Group.
Finance:
- Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records for each studio
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and petty cash
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintain clear documentation of all financial transactions
Tax:
- Handle monthly and annual tax compliance (PPN, PPh21, PPh23, PPh25, etc.)
- Prepare and file e-faktur and e-bupot
- Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities when necessary
- Ensure all tax payments and reports are submitted accurately and on time
- Provide strategic input on tax efficiency and compliance updates
