Finance Supervisor

PT. Forecastle Indonesia, was founded in 2009 in Jakarta-Indonesia, with interest and activities encompassing as Shipping Agency, Project Management, Port Agency and Freight Management.

Skills and qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

2. Experience in finance or accounting

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word

4. Familiar with Odoo System will be an advantage

5. Can communicate in English (verbal & written)

6. Strong numerical and logical thinking skills

7. Analytical thinking skills

8. Strong negotiation skills

9. Good communication skills

10. Can work under pressure

11. Willing to work overtime

Job Descriptions :

1. Prepare financial reports

2. Manage cash flow

3. Monitor accounts payable, account receivable, SOA Principal and ensure they are accurate and complete

4. Ensure that financial records comply with accounting regulations and company policies

5. Coordinate with other departments and subsidiaries to plan the company's finances

6. Communicate with banks and other parties to facilitate payments and transactions

7. Communicate with principal, vendor and customer related transactions
