Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as Finance Staff, Accounting Staff, or related position.
- Experience in data center, IT, technology, construction, or infrastructure industry is preferred.
- Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of financial administration and bookkeeping.
- Able to work accurately, independently, and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Willing to work in PIK, North Jakarta.
- Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum passive English skill for reading financial documents and email correspondence.
Mandarin skill is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily finance and accounting administration.
- Prepare payment vouchers, bank transfers, and petty cash reports.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and company transactions.
- Assist with tax documentation and invoice processing.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and external auditors when needed.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support finance manager in budgeting and operational finance activities.
