Job Description :
- Prepare general bank book, account payable report, account receivable report
- Manage and prepare cash flow projection
- Responsible for issue invoice and collect the payment from customer
- Process and verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices through various payment methods
- Handle payment inquiries and resolve payment issues. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Monitoring and taking care of all necessary financial administration
- Prepare and analyse budgets
- Participate in preparation for the annual audit
- Report to accounting SPV
