Qualifications :
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 year of experience in Finance.
3. Good understanding of financial administration and transaction recording.
4. Familiar with payment processing, petty cash management, and reimbursement procedures.
5. Able to perform bank reconciliations and review bank statements.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, responsible, and trustworthy.
9. Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Job Descriptions :
1. Record and manage the company's financial transactions.
2. Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and operational expenses.
3. Review and verify invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
4. Manage petty cash and record all cash inflows and outflows.
5. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy.
6. Prepare regular financial reports and expense reports.
7. Monitor outstanding invoices and payment schedules.
8. Ensure all financial transactions are supported by complete documentation.
9. Organize and maintain financial records and documents.
10. Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as required.
