WE ARE HIRING – FINANCE STAFF
We are looking for a Finance Staff to join our growing fintech company. This role will be responsible for handling daily financial activities, monitoring transactions, reconciliation, payment processes, and financial reporting to ensure all transactions are accurate, properly recorded, and completed on time.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record daily financial transactions accurately and systematically.
- Perform bank, payment, and transaction reconciliation on a daily basis.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, settlements, and transaction status.
- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Verify transaction data and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Identify and follow up on discrepancies between transaction records, bank statements, and internal systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial data preparation.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, and other related departments regarding transaction and payment issues.
- Ensure all financial data and company information are handled confidentially.
- Support other finance-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting; experience in fintech, payment services, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Understand basic accounting and financial processes.
- Have experience with reconciliation, payment processing, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas such as SUMIF/SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Table.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work with deadlines and handle high-volume transactions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, Payment Service Provider (PJP), e-wallet, payment gateway, banking, or financial services.
- Familiarity with payment flows, settlement, transaction monitoring, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience working with financial or transaction management systems.
