Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Staff to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Record and manage daily financial transactions.
- Prepare basic financial reports (daily and monthly cash flow).
- Perform marketplace settlement, including reconciliation of sales, fees, and payouts.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial documents (invoices, receipts, transfer proofs, etc.).
- Manage petty cash and operational expenses.
- Handle vendor payments and customer receivables.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Experience handling marketplace settlement is preferred.
- Familiarity with Jubelio or other accounting/ERP systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Detail-oriented, honest, and well-organized.
- Able to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
