Finance Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Staff to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate, organized, and timely financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vendor payment documents and employee reimbursements.
• Manage petty cash and record daily cash and bank transactions.
• Create simple journal entries for cash and bank activities.
• Archive financial documents and transaction proofs properly.
• Assist in checking petty cash and bank mutation data.
• Support the preparation of basic financial reports (daily and weekly).

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting and journal entries.
3. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
5. Prior experience working in a public accounting firm is preferred.
