Job Description:
- Assist in the monthly and yearly closing of accounts (Journal Entry)
- Execute daily payment transactions for account payable
- Process invoicing to customer, follow up aging account receivables include collecting WHT
- Oversee and maintain bank bookkeeping records & cash opname
- Manage reconciliation bank
- Maintain another Administration task that relate for the finance & accounting division
Requirement :
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Accounting
- Have at least 1 year experience in the related field (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Have basic knowledge in finance and accounting, as well as taxation regulations (holds Brevet A & B preferable)
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Preferable Dynamic) or other ERP system
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Result and detail oriented, with high accuracy & strong analytical skill
- Can speak Mandarin Basic (Optional)
