Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Staff PT Graha Karya Informasi

Job Description:

  1. Assist in the monthly and yearly closing of accounts (Journal Entry)
  2. Execute daily payment transactions for account payable
  3. Process invoicing to customer, follow up aging account receivables include collecting WHT
  4. Oversee and maintain bank bookkeeping records & cash opname
  5. Manage reconciliation bank
  6. Maintain another Administration task that relate for the finance & accounting division

Requirement :

  1. Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Accounting
  2. Have at least 1 year experience in the related field (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
  3. Have basic knowledge in finance and accounting, as well as taxation regulations (holds Brevet A & B preferable)
  4. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Preferable Dynamic) or other ERP system
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  6. Result and detail oriented, with high accuracy & strong analytical skill
  7. Can speak Mandarin Basic (Optional)
