FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support our financial operations and contribute to the company's continued success.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance Administration or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong competencies are welcome to apply)
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling financial data
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to management
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial administration software
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Fluent in English, both written and spoken
✔ Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Key Responsibilities:
📈 Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
📈 Process and monitor financial transactions, payments, and invoices
📈 Reconcile financial data and ensure documentation accuracy
📈 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
📈 Present financial reports and insights to management when required
📈 Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records
📈 Support daily administrative and finance-related operations
