Our company opens opportunities for thorough and detail-oriented individuals to join as Finance Admins. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the company's financial operations, ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Help check reimbursement transactions
2. Coordinate with banks regarding cash payment transactions through partner banks
3. Manage the company's financial administration including inputting financial transactions.
4. Ensure the accuracy of data in financial reports and related documentation
Qualification
1. Diploma 3 graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in finance
3. Have accuracy and the ability to manage financial data efficiently.
4. Master and have expertise in the field of financial software, especially Microsoft Office and Accurate (Understanding taxation is preferred)
5. understand procedures and transactions related to banks
6. Having Brevet A & B is preferred
7. Male
