Finance Staff

We are currently seeking a competent and motivated Finance Staff to join our team in Panongan, Tangerang Regency, Banten. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Review financial documents, organize records, and manage invoices.
• Monitor cash flow and perform account reconciliations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
• Support financial audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting (2+ years preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with the Accurate accounting system is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
